AI Value Firm ("we", "us", or "our") operates the AI Exit Readiness Scorecard at aivaluefirm.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.

When you use the scorecard, we collect:

• Company name (if provided)
• Your scorecard answers and resulting scores
• UTM parameters and referral source (for marketing attribution)
• Timestamp of submission

We do not collect passwords, financial data, or any other sensitive personal information.

We use your data to:

• Generate and deliver your personalized scorecard results
• Follow up with a tailored recommendation based on your scores
• Improve the scorecard tool and our services

3. How we store and process it

Your data is stored in Google Sheets (hosted by Google Cloud, EU/US) and processed through our automation platform (n8n). Scorecard leads may be added to our CRM (Pipedrive) for follow-up purposes.

We use industry-standard security measures and limit access to authorized team members only.

4. Cookies

This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection, which may set strictly necessary cookies. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking pixels.

5. Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate the scorecard:

• Vercel (hosting)
• Cloudflare (bot protection)
• Google Sheets (data storage)
• n8n (workflow automation)
• Pipedrive (CRM)

Each of these services has their own privacy policy and processes data in accordance with applicable regulations.

6. Data retention

We retain your scorecard data for as long as it is relevant to our business relationship with you. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format)
